New Bedfordshire Youth Opera re-launch by returning to their roots and reviving Dido and Aeneas, a timeless love story of passion and betrayal.

While Aeneas flees Troy on his way to found Rome, he falls in love with Queen Dido of Carthage, but an evil Sorceress wants to ruin things for everyone.

In complete contrast, a breach of promise of marriage is tried by an incompetent judge and a dubiously biased jury in the Gilbert and Sullivan classic.

With a talented cast drawn from the best young performers in the county, this is surely an evening not to be missed.
