Three original radio plays written by Richard Moon based on the Sherlock Holmes novels by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle will be rehearsed and performed in a day at The Place Theatre.

The most famous racehorse in England goes missing. Sherlock Holmes carries the hopes of a million punters as he tries to find him in time for the big race.

Mrs Hudson and the Adventure of the Twisted Pilchard

An exciting tale of international spies, blackmail and tinned fish.  A top-secret document has gone missing. If it gets into the wrong hands it would mean war! Sherlock Holmes is struggling to work out where it is, but Mrs Hudson has her own ways of finding the answer.Loosely based on “The Second Stain” a short story by Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle.

Mrs Hudson and the Disappearing Trombonist

A young man walks into his house and apparently disappears from the face of the Earth. But Gladys has fallen in love with him, and Gladys wants to know what happened. Mrs Hudson and Mrs Madingley investigate.
