As part of our growing programme of events for the younger members of our audience to give them the excitement of being in a theatre watching a live performance we are continuing our mornings of readings of well-known children’s books both past and present.

Listen to members of The Place team read their favourite stories from when they were little or which they read to their own children. Maybe they are ones you had read to you as a child.

Each session will last for about an hour with a break for refreshments. This will be a very relaxed event with young, and old, being invited to join the readers on the stage in an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
