About the Acts:
President Obonjo (Compere) 
The Original African Dictator-Self proclaimed exiled President performing Comedy in the UK- Malcom Hardee Award Winner 2019 President Obonjo, is an increasingly successful stand-up comedian and who has been performing Comedy for the past 10 years, As the larger-than-life, uber-confident, self- appointed, side-splitting dictator of ‘Lafta Republic’, President Obonjo has quietly been leading a comedy revolution to become the first President to take over the comedy industry by storm.
Rudi Lickwood 
With a perceptive, playful and charismatic persona Rudi Lickwood is the darling of many audiences (voted Best Performer by Jongleurs’ audiences up and down the country 2013.) He has been awarded a place in the ‘Black 100’ awards for Black British Achievers, yet this does not define him. Rudi is an insightful, inclusive comedian who includes every member of his audience; inviting uproarious laughter wherever he goes.

Thenjiwe 
The lawyer turned comedian is one of the most highly recognised and popular South African stand up comedians on the road today. Thenjiwe first burst into the comedy scene in 2013, beginning her career in London before returning home to South Africa where she is called the first lady of comedy. Thenjiwe has performed to audiences around the world including Various African countries, Vietnam, Thailand, The Philippines and various cities in Australia, Europe and North America. With six comedy specials and two popular South African sitcoms that she writes, produces and stars in (Judge Thenjiwe Khambule and Meet the Khambules,) it is no surprise that Thenjiwe is the Queen of African Comedy.
Wilson Milton 
Comedy finalist of 2018 and a rising star of the comedy club scene. Stand Up Comedian Wilson Milton charms and delights with clever observation, curve ball one-liners, and funny anecdotes. Wilson is making a name for himself and is collecting a very impressive gig list across the UK. He is amongst the leading up and coming one to watch comedians for 2020
