Chris Hepworth (Bedford) and Chris Evenett (Enfield) return after their very successful show in February to take us on an acoustic musical story through the 60s and 70s – this time capturing the vibe and atmosphere that blossomed out of mid-1967 in San Francisco, known to us all as The Summer of Love. Including music from Simon and Garfunkel, James Taylor, Bread, The Kinks, Cat Stevens and Neil Young (among others), this performance takes us through two decades, showing how the bands and artists responded to what was happening in the world at the time. ‘Journey Through the Past’ is for anyone who loves, or lived, the music of that time.
