La Vie en Rose is a 2007 biographical film about the life of French singer Édith Piaf. A victim of poverty during her childhood, Piaf ends up attaining global notoriety as a charming singer. However, despite her many friendships and romances, personal crises ravage her. The film follows Piaf's strugglesand tragedies she has to overcome on her rise to fame.
