Blending storytelling, nature-based crafts, and the rich tapestry of everyday stories, Exploring with Kaye sessions are a unique space where young children and their carers can slow down, connect, and explore together. Each session is inspired by the colourful wonders of the natural world.
Kaye Mahoney, the creator and facilitator of the programme, says:
“These sessions are about more than just play, they're about creating shared moments between carers and children, supporting early literacy and communication skills through interactive stories, and encouraging fine motor development and sensory exploration through meaningful, hands-on craft activities.”
Kaye Leidoskope (aka Kaye Mahoney) is an experienced performer and workshop leader who loves supporting children to create and learn. She also runs Puggle Club, the monthly creative arts programme for preschoolers at The Higgins Bedford.
