It’s a Zombie apocalypse… but instead it’s Morris dancers, and it’s funny.


Join Joe Brooks for a completely true story that hasn’t happened yet. Joe has noticed people are taking a general interest in Morris Dancing.

Morris Dancing sides (for that is what you call a group of them) are popping up everywhere. The clothes become the fashion, bells jingle around the place, and sticks are held in the street. It’s very interesting and odd. Each to their own, but Joe doesn’twant to Morris; all he wants to do is Tango.

But ONLY Morris is allowed. MAY DAY MAY DAY!

How will Joe survive this Morris Dancing Apocalypse? Can a Maypole be used as a weapon? Will he ever dance the Tango? Can he even dance?

Joe Brooks is Actor/Theatre-Maker/Stand-up from Weston-super-Mare. He is known for his comic work with theatre companies Bonnet Dog, ShouldaWouldaCoulda, Atomic Rhubarb and Me Monster. Also running a Ghost Walk in hishome town.
