Ticket terms and conditions
Box office opening times
The Box Office is open on show nights usually one hour before curtain up until 20 mins after curtain up. You can also book tickets by phone during the hours of 10.00 and 14.00 Monday through Thursday and at other times by leaving a message with the details of your request and contact details.
Postal Bookings
Please give details of the tickets required and make all cheques payable to Bedford Players Trust. These should be posted to: The Place Bedford, Bradgate Road, Bedford, MK40 3DE. To avoid disappointment, we advise you make a telephone reservation before sending your cheque.
Credit / Debit Cards
We accept Credit and Debit card payments by telephone, at the theatre box office and bar.
Posting Tickets
We are happy to post tickets out to you if booked by telephone or post..
Reservations
We are happy to reserve tickets for you. These will be held for five working days, or until 15 minutes before the performance whichever is the earlier. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled without prior notice after this time.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable. Only in the event of a show being cancelled or rescheduled will we refund your ticket. For more details please see our Returns Policy
Concessions
Concessionary tickets are available to students (NUS or similar ID required), under 18s, unemployed, disabled and senior citizens (over 60’s).
Family Tickets
Some of our shows have a family ticket category. A family ticket is 4 tickets with a maximum of two adults.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a performance you may not be able to enter the auditorium until the interval or a convenient break in the performance. With some shows, a performance relay will be set up on the bar TV.
