Bedford Dramatic Club will be holding auditions for Widows by Ariel Dorfman with Tony Kushner.
This powerful and moving play is set in a war-torn village from which the men have all been taken away. The women - their mothers, wives, sisters, daughters - do not know whether they are alive or dead. Then bodies start to appear in the river and the women, led by Sofia Fuentes, begin to defy the military....
